Booking

Enquiries are made by messaging us on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we reply to agree the dates. Any deposit or payment details are confirmed in that message before you pay.

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to one day (24 hours) before your check-in date, for a full refund. For cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, we refund any nights we are able to re-book. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm in writing.

House rules & liability

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. The home is for the number of guests agreed at booking, and guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
